Quality Hotel Prinsen

A centrally located hotel within walking distance of the dock for the Kristiansund catamaran. A la carte dining and Egon restaurant on site. Rooms were well appointed, very clean and quiet. Possibly the most amazing breakfast choices including a significant number of gluten free choices ( labelling of allergens in Norway is so much better than anything we have experienced in the U.K). Free coffee/tea and fruit in reception.

The breakfast at this hotel was truly an incredible experience, boasting a plethora of options that catered to a wide range of dietary preferences. Each item was cooked to perfection, showcasing superior quality and attention to detail that one would anticipate from a top-notch establishment. The selection was diverse and every dish tasted as delightful as it looked.

We felt very welcomed by staff at the hotel and found the rooms very well appointed, clean and spacious. We enjoyed the connection to the old pub / bar with its character and warmth and that there was a restaurant on site, with a very good menu. There was lots of choice for breakfast and the food was excellent. It was a very good convenient base from which to explore Trondheim.

Lovely breakfast, and a very pleasant dining room to eat it in. Hotel is perfectly placed for most things in Trondheim Centrum. Nice and helpful staff. Clean rooms and super comfy beds. All in all very happy with the stay

We liked all things about this hotel. It's close proximity to city attractions, close to airport shuttle bus, great beds, friendly and helpful staff, quiet room and lovely breakfast. Staff supplied us with a plate of birthday treats which was a nice surprise. Would stay again.
